1. Find a Florist Listing
As part of being a member you will get a premium profile on our ‘Find a Florist’ platform, which we promote to the consumer via our social media pages and SEO activities.  Updating your profile with pictures and products and contact information, you’re sure to get your membership fee back.
Every year we provide you with a BFA Member logo which is year stamped. It is available digitally to download in the members area and you can use this on any stationery, your website, advertising, business cards and social media platforms. With your certificate every year we’ll also send out decals for your window and van. This promotes to your customers that you are a professional florist.

We will host three regional trade shows a year:  Luzon, Visayas, Mindanao.  These events will enable you to learn, developer and tune your skills in business, floristry and marketing. We will be holding competitions and awarding prizes and holding guest speakers to give you inspirational advise on how to improve and rethink your business.

In February 2026 we will be holding the national trade show where you can meet fellow florists from all over the country.   There will be inspiring floral demonstrations from top filipino and international designers.  More details will follow in coming months regarding dates and locations.

Every year we will be holding national and regional awards recognising talent and hardwork in our industry
As part of your membership you will receive a free profesional magazine, which will keep you up to date on your industry, and give you free tips and advice. You’ll be notified of new suppliers and industry events and an essential guide to your floral calendar.
Every month we’ll be holding bloom rooms where you can chat with other florists and share ideas and concerns. We’ll have special guest speakers. Online Meets will start in June 2025.
Membership fees help the trade association to carry on its work with government bodies including City and Guilds, Apprenticeships, and Lantra. This ensures a secure future for the industry and that our floristry skills are maintained as professionals. Our dedicated team work on education, training and over see the IPF which is the membership for individuals.

Every year we develop an improve an image library covering occasions such as Christmas, Valentines Day, Mothers Day and All Saints Day.  As a member you are free to use these images.

Frequently asked questions for the PFA

Is there a fee to join the PFA?

Membership is free for the first year! After that, a membership fee applies. Payments can be made via credit or debit card, or you can save 10% by opting for direct debit, which can be set up annually or quarterly to spread the cost over the year.

The annual membership fee for PFA Florist Business Members is PHP 7,000, valid for 12 months. Other membership categories have varying fees. Refer to the membership application form for details.

  • Florist Business Membership: For florists running a business.
  • Individual Membership: For freelance florists, students, or educators in floristry.

Payment is required upon completing the application. For direct debit, payments are collected on the last working day of the month of your application. Approval typically takes up to 5 working days. If your application does not meet the criteria, we will provide guidance or a refund.

No, event and studio florists are welcome, provided your workspace is dedicated to your business and complies with legal requirements, such as having public liability insurance and being registered with relevant authorities.

PFA members gain access to numerous benefits, including:

  • Discounts on products and services, such as wholesale supplies and shop insurance.
  • A listing in the “Find a Florist” directory to promote your business.

Once your membership is approved, you’ll receive a welcome pack with instructions to create your profile on the directory.

  • Renew: Renewal is simple—just update your details via the membership portal.
  • Upgrade: Email us to change your membership category or details.
  • Cancel: Membership requires a 12-month commitment. If you cancel a direct debit, ensure any remaining balance is paid to avoid disruptions.
